How to track your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Rising Enterprise.
- Click View your order or the tracking link to see the latest status.
- If you created an account, you can also sign in to see your order history and tracking.
Can't find your tracking email?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, email us at info@risingenterprise.co with your order number (for example, #1001) and the email address used at checkout, and we'll send you an update.
