Delivery in the UAE

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within the UAE is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within the UAE typically takes 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. If you haven't received it, contact us and we'll resend it.

International Orders

Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. International delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after processing.

How much is international shipping?
Standard international shipping is $14.99, and is free on orders of $100 or more.

Will I pay customs or import duties?
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are separate from our shipping fees.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods can I use?
You can pay using any of the methods displayed at checkout, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and PCI-compliant, and we never store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can usually be changed or cancelled within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can, though we may be unable to make changes once an order has been accepted.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging and with tags attached. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

How do I start a return?
Email info@risingenterprise.co with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
