Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

How much does delivery cost?
Mirror Shine Liquid Lip Gloss ships free to the United States and the UAE. Shipping rates for other products are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and product. Available delivery estimates are provided where applicable.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. If you haven't received it, contact us and we'll resend it.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods can I use?
Cards, PayPal and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and PCI-compliant, and we never store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can usually be changed or cancelled within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can, though we may be unable to make changes once an order has been accepted.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us and we'll help make it right. Please see our Refund Policy for full eligibility and conditions. Beauty and personal-care products, such as lip gloss, are not returnable for change of mind.
